Crystal is an experienced hotel management and Sales & Marketing professional. Having worked in both Sales & Marketing and operations in Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and New World Hotels & Resort after graduated from Swiss Hotel Management School as Bachelor Degree (Hons) holder, Crystal has been on both sides of the table and understands the important role companies can play in branding and marketing.

 

Crystal is proud of her team’s approach to story-driven brand development. She remains a hotelier herself and enjoys consulting on a brand concept and interior environmental branding.
